Bad Weather Arrangements

Arrangements for the Centre During Severe Weather Conditions:​​

 

1. Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or Above / Other Severe Weather Conditions

• If a Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, or other severe weather conditions, is issued (either outside or during opening hours), the centre will be closed. 

• The centre will resume services within 2 hours if the signal is cancelled or lowered to Signal No. 3, provided conditions allow.

2. Black Rainstorm Warning Signal

• If the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued outside of opening hours, the centre will be closed.  

• The centre will resume services within 2 hours if the signal is cancelled, provided conditions allow.

• If the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued during opening hours, the centre will remain open.

Remarks:

• Clients are encouraged to assess weather conditions prior to their visit to the centre and to make informed decisions regarding safety.

• Appointments during the affected hours will be cancelled without prior notice. Please contact us for rescheduling of appointments once our services return to normal.
